As an upscale food hall, we strive to excite your taste buds with a variety of unique and delicious flavors. Whether you're in the mood for a quick snack or a full meal, Brevard Collective will offer a little bit of something for everyone.
We want to embrace the history of Brevard, which is why we’ve also brought in a modern twist to the historical Chatterbox bar.
The goal is to preserve the tradition and culture of Brevard while offering something fresh and modern.

The Epic Entrance
Brevard Collective will have two points of entry. The front entrance will feature an art installation created by local artists, as well an area for outdoor seating parallel to South Broad Street. The Front will also feature a modern design, with stunningly placed open air windows and beautiful landscaping.

The Open Space
The second point of entry will open up to our beautiful open air section, featuring a beer garden, live music stage, kid play area and comfortable outdoor seating. Not only will this location be an area for events and kid friendly activities, it’ll also play as the hub for all things creative.

The Outside Parlour
On top of catering to those who wine & dine, the outside seating area will also be the perfect location to fully absorb the Collective. Featuring an overhead awning and outside bar, the outdoor dining area is ideal for those looking to enjoy entertainment while indulging in the delicious flavors of the Collective vendors.

Social Dining Experience
Food halls differ greatly from conventional restaurants and food courts in that they offer a more open-concept dining experience. In contrast to being limited to a single menu, guests have the freedom to select their desired food from a range of vendors and then reconvene as a group. Food halls often offer a variety of entertainment options, providing a truly enjoyable experience.
